How fast will I get my order?
All orders are shipped by Fedex next day and you will usually be in receipt of your goods within two working days after placing your order.

Can I have a gift shipped to the recipient?
Yes we will send your order of soap to a different address. If you would like a gift card with it free of charge then please indicate in the comments section of the order and please leave a message that we will include.

Do you offer an International postal service?
Yes we do. International orders are based on weight so please contact us with your order and we will give you a postal cost. International delivery has a minimum delivery charge of £5.95 for airmail delivery up to 1kg, fully insured.Orders over 1kg in weight will be subject to additional charges so please contact us at time of order for clarification. We send by certified and insured airmail, this parcel will require a signature on arrival. If you are not at home the parcel is left at the Post Office for your collection, the Postman should leave a card through the door to inform you of this. If the parcel is not collected and returned to us we will not refund the shipping charge and we will charge to resend the parcel. In your account details you will see details of when the parcel left the UK. We expect most European parcels to take around 3-4 days, USA and Rest of World around 7-9 days. However please leave 14days before contacting us. We will notify you of your certified number at time of delivery so that you can track your order.

Is the soap suitable for sensitive skins?
Yes our soap is made from natural ingredients and is suitable for even the most sensitive of skins. If you have particular skin conditions it would be useful to refer to the details about the soap to check which might be best for you.
